a. the purpose of freedom here is the liberation from the shackles of bondage and backwardness, which can become a spiritual force for humans, who can answer the basic problems of humanity, and can be hold in the praxis of life to struggle with all the challenges
b. 3 factors that can make our religion has moral strength to act as liberators:
I. Liberating theology
Liberating theology is a movement involving the sector – an important sector of the Church, the laity movement, a populist pastoral activities, which involve group – a group basis in the Church. Poverty and oppression to make them aware of and struggling with the support of the faith. For example, the Christian doctrine itself is believed to come from the practice – the practice of liberation jesus of Nazareth with the community of his followers in the first century AD in Palestine. Answer :
a. From the story “Corn”, we can see that to achieve success, then we have to help around us first to succeed. Those who want to live well must help neighbors live well. The value of our lives is measured by the lives it touches.
b. This important work of implementing the same:
• Enforcement of justice: crushed discrimination
• Improved standard of living (economics): the service of economic need (clothes, food)
• Improved character: voiced the will of God
c. Steps – steps that need to be taken:
• Improving the paradigm of religious life: the message of God is an inspiration to live
• Defending the weak: the mentality of giving, both have the effect of economic improvement in other areas
