Answer :

a. the purpose of freedom here is the liberation from the shackles of bondage and backwardness, which can become a spiritual force for humans, who can answer the basic problems of humanity, and can be hold in the praxis of life to struggle with all the challenges

b. 3 factors that can make our religion has moral strength to act as liberators:
I. Liberating theology
Liberating theology is a movement involving the sector – an important sector of the Church, the laity movement, a populist pastoral activities, which involve group – a group basis in the Church. Poverty and oppression to make them aware of and struggling with the support of the faith. For example, the Christian doctrine itself is believed to come from the practice – the practice of liberation jesus of Nazareth with the community of his followers in the first century AD in Palestine. In addition, the Second Vatican Council gave a huge contribution to the renewal, stating the established social order as a source of injustice, oppression human rights of the people, and institutionalized violence. So, the council supports the aspiration to liberate themselves from all forms of human servitude.

II. Fate and freedom of choice

Answer :

a. From the story “Corn”, we can see that to achieve success, then we have to help around us first to succeed. Those who want to live well must help neighbors live well. The value of our lives is measured by the lives it touches.

b. This important work of implementing the same:
• Enforcement of justice: crushed discrimination
• Improved standard of living (economics): the service of economic need (clothes, food)
• Improved character: voiced the will of God

c. Steps – steps that need to be taken:
• Improving the paradigm of religious life: the message of God is an inspiration to live
• Defending the weak: the mentality of giving, both have the effect of economic improvement in other areas
• Bring the atmosphere of paradise in this world: bringing about salvation of the world
• Being a pioneer in improving morality: moral destroyed = nations destroyed
• Working to eradicate evil and spread the good: a personal devotional piety delivery of social

Answer : The atmosphere of religious harmony in my neighborhood are going well, because I never knew that there was a commotion in my neighborhood which happened to trigger religion. 1. What is the difference between piety and wisdom?

Wisdom is a form of devotional life that grows and develops from the spirit of faith to live in depth. While wisdom is a virtue or virtue of mind possessed by human beings who are so allowed himself to be guided by God, who will maintain and listen and obey his conscience whisper.

2. Explain a wise life in terms of spiritual quotient?

Spiritual intelligence enables the person explore the meaning of life and uncovering it with the right way. In a sense, the policy can be understood as spiritual intelligence, because it generally gives humans the ability to do things – things beyond mere intellectual ability.
Wisdom along with spiritual intelligence can lead a person to be able to reach peace, feeling of security, full of love, and happiness.

In taking a decision, reason held to be logical and scientific, without including the voice. While conscience does not require logical thinking in decision-making. Conscience is more instinctive than scientific. Your conscience will also continue to remind us of the opposite of goodness and truth.

8. Have you ever felt that you feel some force coming from your heart voice commanding you to do something?

Yes, I never felt a force that commands me to do something contrary to my wishes.

9. How do you decide in such moment?

I choose to follow these invisible forces, because the influence of these forces exceeds the power of my desire.

10. Then, what do you learn from that experience?

I learned that it is called conscience, that conscience is always accompanied and try to help to take the best decisions in life. Without the voice of conscience, I would not like now.

Conscience properties:

  • Personal, only relate to the person concerned
  • Adipersonal, can overcome our own personal
  • Absolute, require the owner to comply with her wishes. If not, will continue to block up in the heart.

Thus, conscience must be kept working and getting better at controlling our actions in life in society, so as to avoid regret and blockages in the future.
